Families

Parent-Child bonding through motion. Helping parents, teenagers, and young adults connect and build a life-long connection through motion.

As a newborn, my son would lay on a blanket and watch. As he learned to crawl and toddle he began to explore the exercise equipment. We created a tiny stationary bike so he could ride with me. We take fitness education courses together. We’ve exercise in different ways and different styles along our journey, together and apart. Above all, exercise is a common language and tradition that we share, a common interest, and common ground and a springboard as a solid foundation to building a strong and lasting relationship.

If you are worried about your child/teens fitness level, exercising together in a private setting is a great way to start. Be the change you wish to see through actions, not words.

F.A.Q.

If you have a question or concern, you are likely not alone.

You are not alone. Life gets busy. As a certified FMS / FMSA practitioner a consult and assessment is a great starting place. You want to start moving safely. It’s important to move well, so you can move often.

This is a common concern if past experiences have not been designed to meet your specific needs. It is important to be honest with what you want and what you are willing to commit (what you enjoy) to achieve it.

Exercising with a friend or group of friends is a great way to stay motivated. You can come with your own group and have private group training exclusive to you. Alternatively, you can enjoy having all of the attention on you. With so many exercises available there is no time for boredom. You will quickly find you can’t do it all in an hour, and you’ll leave wanting more.

Many people feel self-conscious when they venture into unfamiliar territory, this is why one-on-one private sessions are offered. You get the benefit of social interaction tailored to you and exercise instruction provide in a way that meets your unique learning style.

Not a problem. You are welcome to exercise one-on-one, or at times with a partner, or with a group. The experience is geared to you.

Having a schedule helps you to stay on track, but a schedule does not have to be restrictive or rigid. You could pick Monday this week Wednesday next, and Saturday the week after. It is important to be consistent in times per week but the date and time can be changed.
