Have a dream. Picture where you would like to be. Break it down into small steps. Make a plan. Work on one small step at time. Be consistent. Make that step a habit. Over time, one small step, has a big impact on your health. One small step is manageable. Give yourself permission to fail, but asap, get back on track and start again. Always have the courage to start again. One small step over time, is a very big step.
